All right, let's get into it, the number one story of the morning.

It's Monday morning. The House is in session. The Senate returns tomorrow. President Joe Biden

is hosting the British Prime Minister at the White House on Thursday and on Friday. Biden heads

to the newly renamed Fort Liberty. It used to be Fort Bragg in North Carolina.

On Capitol Hill, the end of the months-long debt limit fight means a potentially catastrophic

default isn't in the cards until mid-20205 at the earliest. But that doesn't mean that the

budget drama is over for Washington,

or that the bipartisanship of last week is something that will last. It isn't, and let me just

glue you in. It won't. But congressional leaders have pledged to finish the 12 annual spending

bills in regular order this year for the first time in decades. Yes, decades. That will take

some cooperation, especially in the Senate. With only six weeks in session before the August
