Hey, good morning. I'm playbook co-author Eugene Daniels. It's Friday, June 30th. It has been

kind of a quiet week. I feel like I'm going to get us all in trouble by saying that. Congress is out

of town. But today's kind of a big day. It's the end of quarter FBC deadline. And for those of you

nerds, which is probably all of you, if you're listening to this

podcast, you know that that means that we are going to get a deluge of urgent fundraising appeals

from all of the candidates so that when they have to say how much money they raised

this quarter, they can kind of shock everyone. So get prepared for that. A couple of things for

all of you to keep an eye on that we're going to be looking at. Who's leading the cash dash in the

GOP, Trump, DeSantis, or someone else? Two, which candidates have the highest burden rates? How much

money are they spending? Which candidates underperform their Q1 numbers, which could be a very bad sign for the trajectory of their campaigns?

That means they started up at the top, now they're at the bottom. That's not good. We don't want. They don't want that. So we will be looking out for those three things especially.
