beautiful Gibraltar where the sun is shining. Today the waiting game we still don't know when

the green list will change.

Gibraltar starts warning travellers of the consequences of a trip across the border to Spain,

and the tourism minister tells me this British overseas territory is the safest place in Europe.

Unbelievably, we are still, as I record this, which is start of a beautiful afternoon,

unaware of when the next change in traffic light

ratings will take place. We know that it will be sometime this week. It hasn't happened on Monday

or Tuesday. It won't happen today, Wednesday, and we still don't know if it's going to happen on

Thursday or Friday,

all of which is very destabilising for the many people on whose travel plans the list

depends, or rather on the list their travel plans depend, and of course for the travel industry,

which wouldn't mind just having a little bit of warning about where it might be able in the next week or two to be selling holidays.
