1:02.7	this year, which has been going very, very fast. And the first theme I'm going to share with you

1:16.6	So people feeling overwhelmed by the amount of change that we are experiencing on energetic levels,
1:24.6	on global levels, and even in your personal life, I know many of you,
1:29.4	like me, may have gone through a lot of changes in the last year or so. But even if you're
1:36.2	somebody who doesn't feel like your outer world has changed that much, you will be probably
1:42.4	experiencing at least some level of change overwhelm.
1:47.8	So this is where we feel worn out, exhausted, confused, or more likely disoriented by how
1:56.2	dizzying everything around us has been.
1:59.3	So firstly, know that you are not alone in this feeling. It's
2:03.5	definitely going round. It may even be the case that you can't put your finger on why you're
