Here we are on June 18th and Congress and the White House are woefully behind on two critical priorities that most believe need to get done before the August recess.

Getting a trade deal passed and a budget deal sealed. The last two budget deals in 2018 and 2015 took roughly a year

to come together. So you might be skeptical that a deal could come together in the next two weeks.
