0:54.6	which stands for the deferred action for childhood arrivals that was enacted under the
0:59.0	Obama administration, but today was the 12th anniversary, so President Biden made two announcements.
1:04.4	The first announcement was this executive action called parole in place, which allows certain
1:09.7	undocumented spouses and children of United States citizens to apply for lawful permanent
1:15.4	residency without having to leave the country.
