Let's get into the mix.

So there's absolutely no doubt that a bipartisan Senate infrastructure bill is gaining momentum

on Capitol Hill.

If you're up there in the Capitol like we are every day, you could feel it.

Washington Post has the same headline we do this morning that things are moving forward.

The evidence of progress is all over the

place. You have 21 senators on board for the broad framework of an infrastructure deal. Senate

Minority Leader Mitch McConnell seems at least somewhat interested in it. And as we reported

yesterday, the House Problem Solvers Caucus, a group of somewhat moderate, although not as moderate as they seem.

Republicans and Democrats are getting a briefing today from the two senators, Rob Portman and Kirsten

Cinema, who are extraordinarily involved in this bipartisan infrastructure negotiation.

So we've been talking to a lot of people in the White House and on Capitol Hill, and we've

asked him this question, why should Joe Biden take this deal and why he shouldn't?
