Summary
In a move that shows the swift recovery of the aviation industry after the worst of the coronavirus pandemic, Terminal 4 at London Heathrow airport reopened at dawn.
The facility has been closed for two years, with passengers and planes moved to the other three terminals.
I was the only journalist to cover the opening. This is my report.

| 2:21.7 | quite what's happening now. It has become, up until the start of the COVID pandemic, |
| 2:29.4 | the terminal for kind of a bit of a muddle of airlines. So you had, for example, quite a lot of Sky Team members, including in those days Air France, KLM and Aeroflot. Airflots are not here. KLM and Air France are for the time being staying in Terminal 3, where they're with their partners, Delta and Virgin Atlantic. |
| 2:54.2 | But what you have got here is lots of Middle East carriers. So apart from Qatar Airways, Gulf Air are moving back in. |
