28-year-old Brittany May Milošewski of South Salt Lake, Utah is facing multiple charges

after allegedly driving her minivan into a pond, killing her 18 month old son, who was

strapped into his car seat.

The desert news reported that South Salt Lake police officers were called to the golf

and the round golf course on a report about possible criminal mischief.

They discovered a hole in the fence and saw a minivan partially submerged in a retention

pond.

According to the police, affidavit, they found Milošewski, quote, passed out near a fence

on the golf course.

She was lying on the ground and appeared to be trying to sleep.

When the officer spoke with Milošewski, she admitted that she was drunk and had driven
