Hi friends. I am Annie F. Downs. Let's read the Gospels. The Gospels are the first four books of the New Testament in the Bible, Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. These are the stories of Jesus Christ's life on earth, the friendships, the parables, the sacrifices, the meals, the miracles. Each month we get to read all four books, so go ahead, subscribe today. four books in 30 days. But this month is a little different. We are mixing it up and reading the

from the beginning, I too decided to write an orderly account for you, most excellent theophilus,

so that you may know the certainty of the things you have been taught. The word became flesh from John.

1:48.3

In the beginning was the word, and the word was with God, and the word was God. He was with God in the

beginning. Through him, all things were made. Without him, nothing was made that has been made. And him was life, and that life was

the light of all mankind. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.

2:08.6

There was a man sent from God whose name was John. He came as a witness to testify concerning that

light, so that through him all might believe. He himself was not the light.

2:19.0

He came only as a witness to the light. The true light that gives light to everyone was coming into the
