Yeah, doing pretty well. It's just so excited to see some sun finally halfway through June.

It seems like spring is getting here.

I know we're two weeks away and our international students getting ready to go back home to Mexico and Germany.

And I keep telling them that, you know, the weather is normally a lot better than this this time of year.

Every year we keep whining about junuary.

I know.

Well, we're keeping them.

They're staying for an extra 10 days.
