Summary

Since the San Francisco Golden Gate Bridge opened in 1937, morethan 1,700 people have ended their life by jumping from the bridgeinto the icy waters below. After climbing over a smallrailing, it takes jumpers just four seconds to hit the waterat a speed of 80 miles per hour. The Golden Gate Bridge isthe number one suicide destination in the United States.

0:11.7	the history of suicide and the Golden Gate Bridge. So we're going to talk about some of the
0:17.6	people who have jumped from the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco.
0:23.3	There's been 1,700 of them since the bridge opened back in the 1930s.

He's a prom. And then I got to spend... Your boy looked quite handsome as much. And his date was very pretty. He did look handsome and his date was very pretty.

It's a little more, I think it's a little more structured now than it was when we went to school. They had after prom and all that kind of stuff where they basically go on lockdown until 4 o'clock in the morning.
1:48.4	Yeah, after prom is when you got. They got brothels and everything. Yeah. After prom is when you got drunk and you got laid. Yeah. You get a hotel room, you take them back, do, do misdemeanorsh things.
