And then, child one actually said it to me as a greeting

in the morning a couple of days ago, and I thought,

I haven't done that.

So, child one actually used a joke that you had made?

Yes. That's just really strange, isn't it?

Actually, though, I think that's something of an achievement.

When your children quote your own jokes back to you,

but not, I mean, the only time my children quote my jokes back to me

is to tell me once again how horrified they are

about the minions thing.

Yeah, but the thing is, because it's not through anything

that I say in the normal family discourse,

it's stuff that I say on the show,

which, therefore, isn't quite the same.

Well, it kind of is the same, because it's you,

and even when you're on the show, you are still their father.
