0:19.1	Tomorrow we will finish our 22nd book of the Bible and we're currently working our way through

0:24.6	So let's get the 30,000th of you on where we are in the chronological timeline of the Bible's

0:32.5	The Bible is one unified story.
0:35.0	Way back in Genesis, God set out to build a relationship with one particular family.
0:39.7	But things go terribly wrong when they fracture the relationship through sin.
0:43.8	But their sin doesn't surprise God.
0:45.8	He already had a plan in place to restore this relationship even before it was broken
0:49.8	and he continues working out that plan immediately.
0:53.0	Undeterred and unhindered by their rebellion.
0:56.3	He sets apart a man named Abraham to be the patriarch of the family God calls the Israelites.
1:01.8	They're a bunch of busted people who lie, cheat and steal.
1:05.4	God blesses them despite their sin.
1:07.3	But sin still has its consequences.
1:09.8	One of the long storylines of consequence is of the 400 years they spent enslaved in
1:14.4	Egypt.
1:15.9	God sends a man named Moses to demonstrate his power to the Egyptian ruler who reluctantly
1:20.4	agrees to let the Israelites' slaves go.
