petite. Hang on, these are odd-looking potatoes. That's kale Ian. You do know you

need potato to make chips, right? Yes, but we don't just grow potatoes. We

actually rotate different crops to help keep the soil healthy. So we eat

McCain chips. I'm helping do some good. Exactly, yeah. You're supporting the move

to regenerative farming. By the way, I do know the difference between kale and

potatoes. Of course you do. McCain, let's all check in.

Hello friends. Happy Monday. Happy August. I hope you're weekend treated you

well and today we are back with a monthly review. It's been a minute. I know we're

kind of mid-month now, but for me, when I'm recording this, it's beginning of the

month. So bear with me on that one. But tip you're new here. I'm gonna run through

the seven dimensions of wellness with you and there are reflections on them. And

I'll explain more about that in just a minute. But first, you know, I just want

to welcome you to the podcast. Sit with you, touch base, be humans together. I am

actually in the middle of a tornado watch right now. I was working at the

co-work space in my office I work at. And the office manager, she comes into the

room and she was like, I have an announcement to make. There is a tornado watch.

We're closing down the co-work. We're going home. You're welcome to stay, but all

of the staff is leaving. And everyone had to kind of make that decision for

themselves. Which was interesting to watch because, you know, all of the

different any of the grim types are going to make that assessment differently.

Our community manager is a six. You know, she was like out the door really quick.
