and you find yourself getting mad seeing friends say stuff you don't agree with or whatever,

or feeling insulted, look look i get it totally

understand it i can feel that temperature rising in my face i know that feeling um i ran across

if you don't mind i just want to read you a paragraph this is from the bible and think of like a lot

of scriptures come alive under certain circumstances and otherwise you just kind of glossed past him.

But think about this.

He says, finally, all of you, this is in First Peter, finally all of you should be of one mind, sympathize with each other, love each other as brothers and sisters, be tenderhearted and keep a humble attitude.

Don't repay evil for evil. Don't retaliate with insults when people insult you. Instead, pay them back with a blessing. That's what God has

called you to do, and he will grant you his blessing for the scriptures say, if you want to enjoy

life and see many happy days, keep your tongue from speaking evil and your lips from telling

lies, turn away from evil and do good, search for peace and work to maintain it.

I was reading First Peter. Now, think about this. The people he's writing to

are facing actual hardcore persecution that's going on. So he's talking to people who are getting

sold out by their brothers and sisters seemingly. They've got the government against them.

They've got all sorts of things against him. Here's what he writes about Jesus in First Peter.

He says, Jesus never sinned. He never deceived anyone. He did not retaliate when he was insulted,

nor threatened revenge when he suffered. He left his case in the hands of God, who always judges

fairly. Take humility to do it.
