You may have never heard a radio station like this before.

You're like, oh, wait, this is the religious station.

Okay.

Yeah, okay. It's about jesus so yeah i mean it fits the classical definition of religion right you have a

an overarching transcendent view of what's important in life and you serve that but jesus

himself made it pretty clear that everybody's religious like everybody's got their

own thing that they're actually serving it might be money might be their own significance um but we're all

religious and we all have these rules and then we hold those rules up for other people to obey so yeah we're

all religious what's interesting is a lot of people will say well i'm

spiritual but i'm not religious meaning i don't i don't necessarily say i believe in god but i'm spiritual

i think that maybe the exact opposite is true that actually people who say that are actually

very religious and they're not spiritual because they still have these rules about how

life should be and what the most important stuff is but to be spiritual have to be spiritual with a

spirit like it's like being romantic with some there's a focus of this like what there's got to be

a focus to that and what's great about Jesus is he's saying,

you know what, no matter what religion you're picking,

whatever list of rules you've got,

you're not gonna live up to them.

You don't even live up to your own rules for other people.
