In public, we've been seeing mostly happy and upbeat statements about the Senate's

bipartisan infrastructure deal.

As you'll remember, Joe Biden and Democrats are trying to pass a bipartisan infrastructure

deal number one, and then a large-scale social safety net deal number two.

The idea is the infrastructure deal would be the
