And we've got for you today July's

papers of the month. So we're going to be covering the patch study which is about platelet

transfusions. We're going to be looking at the optimum dosing of IV ketamine, sensitivity

of early brain CT for subarachnoid hemorrhage and then a case report of some

prolonged CPR and eczmo I think it was wasn't it Simon that is it indeed and I think there are some

really good papers this month and we weren't sadly fortunate enough to be at smack but there

were some big online conversations regarding

certainly the dose of ketamine.

So fingers crossed that paper on the dose of ketamine is actually really useful to clear

up the controversies and differences in ketamine dosing between what seems to be happening

in the States and what we seem to be doing here in the UK.

Yeah, that'll be interesting and like you, I didn't make it to smack either,

and I am incredibly jealous of anyone that did. It sounded fantastic.

I know. It was good to see, though, online, all those people with those hangovers on the Thursday morning, so some light relief for us, at least there.

The title of paper is Platelet transfusion versus standard care after acute stroke

due to spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage associated with anti-platelet therapy.
