With Obama, there was the Recovery Act, and then because he had such gigantic congressional majorities for Democrats, the Affordable Care Act, which spilled over into 2010. And now that Trump has signed the Republican Megabill into law, it seems like that window for further congressional action on his agenda may have closed a little bit. |
