Based on a 1920's novel,

the story follows a cook named Eugenie, her wealthy Epicure boss Dodin, and their mutual love for food and one another.

Eugenie, played by Juliet Binosh is an extraordinary cook, an artist really, who is confident and proud of her work.

Daudin is her collaborator, employer, and sometimes lover, and in the skilled hands of Director Tran Un Hung,

we get to see their love story unfold at the stove

and over the table of Dodin's 19th century home.
