Mental health is something we still don't talk about enough in today's society.

Sure, most are far more aware of the effects it can have on a person nowadays,

but with there still being something of a stigma around it,

many who are struggling can often be forced to let their condition fester.

In some cases, it can result in people reaching a point that they lose sight of not only themselves,

but of everyone else around them as well.
