Now, you are yourself a teacher nonetheless, meaning that you have throughout your career

helped other people bring the best out of them but also explain to them.

And you've done it in a similar world to me in sports a lot of times and utilize which

is great.

And now Babel Live teaches these classes to help people with a variety of different topics.

So I wanted to start there about the differentiator between all these mentors out here, coaches,

but there is a difference in my opinion between mentoring, coaching and actually teaching

people things.

How do you see the differentiator between those three throughout your career with all the

different things that really have taught so many people, so many things?
