You know, when you interview people, you know pretty well. On the one hand, it's great. On the

other hand, it can be a little bit tricky because you know them. There's no sort of tension there,

as was the case with Julia Davis. I've known Julia since the early to mid-1990s. We did, I think it was the breakthrough

project for both of us, Human Remains in 2000. And a piece of work that I'm so proud of. I love it when

people come up to me and tell me they like that one,

as opposed to the cruise commercials. So I know Julia pretty well, and I'd asked her to come on this before.

I think I mentioned this in the interview. I had asked her, and she said, oh, I don't like speaking as myself.

And she went and did

adam Buxton I was livid anyway we talked about all sorts we talked about what it was like to work

together we talked about her rise moving up to London from bath suddenly working this is the thing

that always struck me about Julia suddenly suddenly working with the best people,

Chris Morris, Steve Coogan,

Arthur Matthews, Gramelland,

and all these people,

she was suddenly there.
