So Sarah, as you know, I have been heavily, heavily addicted for most of my life to deep heat.

I do not like the cold and I really struggle. I believe that A,

I'm solar paneled, B, I am part amphibian. I really struggle in the cold. I'm not meant for it.

Jules, most of the time is completely greased up in deep heat at any given moment. Honestly, in the winter, I am in thermals.

One I think, oh God, I've got winter coming up.

However, I have just discovered deep freeze, which is deep heat's version of a cooling cream.

Can I just say that on a hot night, this rubbed over your legs and over your chest before bed. You instantly go

cold, boom, straight sleep. Whenever I'm hot, and I use it, I've been using it because I've got,

I'm tight from working out, and so I need the coolness on my muscles. But this, I cannot tell

you, is one of the greatest products I've ever come across. I am so, so happy.

It is just like, if I'm a bit too hot, I'm like, boom, deep freeze, put it on, put it on top of sweat yesterday. I was Baltic. Like, it was so refreshing.
