Well, because we had an online delivery coming. And so I was like,

I'll hold out. And then it didn't come when I thought it was going to come. So now, turns out I fasted.

Whoops. Oh, my God. God, I'd be in bits. I could never record a podcast. Oh, my God. I could. I mean,

as you know, I struggle sometimes to string a sentence together at the best of times. But if I hadn't had my special K, I don't know what I'd do.

To be fair, I did double park a brew. I did a coffee followed by a herbal tea.

Oh, God, you are dancing. You are dicing on the edge. What is in the shop that you've got your eye on?

Well, it would have been the koyo yogurt.

That for me, the koyo yogurt, because we're in the summer.

I love berries at breakfast.
