So let's get into tonight's case because it's really something and it turned out to be a lot bigger than I thought when I started it.

I'm on an unsolved cases kick lately. It's all I've been reading. And this one really stood out to me.

This story starts with 50 year old Judy Smith who was a home health care nurse in the Boston area of Massachusetts where she lived with her new husband 50 year old lawyer Jeff Smith.

The two had actually met over a decade earlier in the mid 1980s when Judy was carrying for Jeff's father after a surgery he had.

She only worked in the home for about a week, but she and Jeff really hit it off. They started off as friends, but Jeff said he was really touched by her compassionate ways and they soon started dating.
