This story starts with 50 year old Judy Smith who was a home health care nurse in the Boston area of Massachusetts where she lived with her new husband 50 year old lawyer Jeff Smith.

The two had actually met over a decade earlier in the mid 1980s when Judy was carrying for Jeff's father after a surgery he had.

She only worked in the home for about a week, but she and Jeff really hit it off. They started off as friends, but Jeff said he was really touched by her compassionate ways and they soon started dating.
