Hey guys, today's guest is the wonderful and funny Judy Greer who you probably know from 13 going on 30,

the descendants, arrested development. It's always sunny in Philadelphia and showtime's

kidding. We had such a blast and I hope you do too. But first I want to tell you guys that I love

how many letters we've been getting. I love your generosity and how you care about each other.

On a personal note, I want to thank you for your letters of congratulations for my

Michael's engagement. You know, it's not unusual for people to say hurtful things on the internet

and it felt so good to receive letters wishing us the best. Before we begin the episode,

I want to read a couple of your responses to our callers. The first is another letter to

Brittany who we called with Josh Gatt. This one is from Robin who writes,

hi Anna, absolutely love your podcast. I have quite a commute and you always keep me company.

I've listened to every single episode some multiple times. I always enjoy hearing the calls at

the end but you're called with Brittany on Josh Gatt's episode really hit home for me. Boy,

did it hit home. Coming from a family where I was co-parented by my quiet patient dad and an

impossible mom, Brittany's story about Jade made me a bit emotional, especially when you asked

Brittany if Jade was safe and Brittany started to get choked up. I love my mom now, but she did

some questionable things when I was younger and I recognized similar patterns between my mom's

behavior and Jade's mom's behavior. As a registered nurse, I've become familiar with various types

of mental illness and I suspect Jade's mom might suffer from something along those lines.

Of course, I am not in any position to tell someone how to parent, but if there is the slightest

chance that Jade is in an unsafe household, I do think her dad should consider legal action.

I wish someone had saved me during my childhood and unfortunately I think Jade needs to be saved.

Brittany seems absolutely awesome and a great role model, but I think it's time for her boyfriend
