So today we are going to be talking about a great documentary, I thought.

Last week after the Menendez to Minuto one, we searched for something light.

We searched for this. And actually, coincidentally, a listener, listener Allison

had posted, she suggested this documentary, which is Judy Bloom Forever. And she thought it would

be timely given that, you know, banning books is back in fashion again.

Yes, yes.

And Judy Bloom is probably one of the most banned authors, her books are among the most banned,

because they are very, very honest books talking about things that children and teens go through

and have always gone through and continue to go through. And that's what, including sex and

death and bullying and all of the stuff. And a lot of people think that kids just can't handle that.

Yeah.

Even though it's going to happen to them.

And it's happening to them.

You know, I mean, when you think about it, childhood is really not that long.

You know, how old are you when you start to encounter a lot of stuff?

I mean, fortunately, most kids don't get into heavy issues until maybe elementary school,
