Welcome to the Brian Killmead Show. I am Mary Walter sitting in for Brian Killmead

today. I am so excited to be here. We have a lot to talk about. It's a big day today,

which is weird because it's usually Fridays like weird big things usually happen on Fridays

in DC because they want to sweep it under the rug. But today is a big day here today.

Talk to Byron York about that. He's the chief political correspondent for the Washington

Examiner and he's also a Fox News contributor and his book Obsession Inside the Washington

Establishments Never Ending War on Trump is so relevant today. Byron, thank you for joining

me. Good morning. You know, when I wrote the book and chose the title, Never Ending War

on Trump, I thought, well, you know, maybe we'll end. Maybe it'll be outdated, but not yet.

No, and see, look at you. There was brilliant. Whoever came up with that idea for that title

was fantastic because that book never gets dated. As you said, never gets old because who would

have thought that what 19 months after Donald Trump left office, that they would be raiding

his home, that this would be happening, unprecedented as we keep hearing. Today, the same

judge that signed that gave the green light for the search warrant, magistrate judge Bruce Reinhart

is going to decide they're having a hearing whether to make public the probable cause affidavit.

Why is that affidavit so important? Well, because it would tell us a lot more about why the

justice department did what it did. It said there's classified, you know, we know from the documents

already released, that they took away X number of boxes of classified information.

But why did they think this is important? What kind of information is it? We might know more

with the affidavit. Basically, a search warrant says, I, the judge, authorize you to search these
