You know, in this Brian Coburger case, the Idaho Four case,

there's been a lot going on the last few weeks.

And this judge, Judge Hippler, in the hearings this week,

was furious over the leaks.

And what I'm referring to, of course, is the NBC, the Dateline NBC show,

which revealed at least nine things that no one knew about.

So all of those things that Dateline NBC found out about were obviously leaked

from someone close to this case, someone that had that information. And most likely, it is someone

from the prosecution, which does not make Judge Hippler very happy over this.

And you may ask, well, why is this so damaging?

Well, first of all, it impinges upon the integrity of the court.

Everyone involved in this case that is privy to insider information knows that there is a

gag order.

So someone directly violated that gag order and gave very pertinent, very private, investigative

facts known to the prosecution and the defense, and thus violated

the gag law, and thus violated the integrity of the court. So that is why Judge Hitler

is really over the moon about this. This is so folks hold on to your hats hold on to your

loved ones hold on to your cup of coffee you're about to enter true crime from a police perspective
