Such a delay in justice that we are saying now.

intersection right now because the criminal justice system has been sort of forced to undergo some changes at a time when so much of the public is crying out for real change.

the trends right now in criminal justice that are moving toward real change.

Less custody, more rehabilitation, which courts are looking at more closely now
