Coming out of this tropical storm medallia, we have the latest on that and what is already

being estimated as this damage in Florida, the storm has barreled towards the Carolinas.

infamous dirty trickster and his decades-long relationship and how that's all culminated

not only with those new tapes that we've been airing, but some new evidence that I'm

going to walk through with you tonight.

As for the top story tonight, it is another win and accountability, a new defeat for one

of Donald Trump's closest indicted aides.

Today, a federal judge in Washington ruling Giuliani, Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani, defamed

two Georgia election workers with lies, with legally false claims, that's a legal determination.

He did that on his way to trying to get the election to be stolen.

Those workers, Ruby Freeman and her daughter, Shane Moss have come up before.

Indeed, if you follow this story closely or the Jan 6th Committee's hearings, you may

remember them by name or face.

They were, of course, clear to wrongdoing although they were dragged through a lot and

while different people in public life and most poll workers don't enter public life

...
