We have a big happening, of course, in the Brian Koeberger case.

And we all remember that the judge was considering the evidence in this case.

And Ann Taylor, the defense attorney for Brian Koberger, was insisting that all of the

DNA evidence and all of the evidence collected in the case against Brian Kovberger should be

thrown out. Motions she presented the court with to throw out this evidence however

the judge in this case judge hippler hip p lear he ruled on every single motion in favor of the prosecution.

Is this a problem down the road, perhaps, if the case goes to trial and there's a conviction for appeals?

But I believe that this judge is very knowledgeable in the law.

And some of the, we had done a show earlier, myself and Professor Mike

Geary, that we felt that a lot of Ann Taylor's motions were a huge, huge stretch. Basically,

if the evidence was thrown out, could you see a potential accused quadruple murderer walking free?

Because that's what it would be if the prosecution had none of their evidence to present,

this case would not be a case that they could win.

And that's no reason for the judge to rule in their

favor. The judge ruled based on the law. So folks, hold on to your hat. Hold on to your loved ones.
