First, Trump appointed judge, Karen Immergood, just issued a permanent injunction, calling out Donald Trump's lawlessness and his

unconstitutionality and prohibiting him from deploying National Guard troops to the streets of Portland.

Now, I'm going to forego the new reporting. I want to go right to Judge Emmergut's new ruling, her order, her opinion.

And I'm going to ask you to just sit back, relax, and let Judge Emmergut's words wash over you

and reinforce in all of us that federal judges, even Trump appointed judges, will not flinch

in the face of Donald Trump's lawlessness and unconstitutionality.

So in the case of state of Oregon and the city of Portland and the state of California

plaintiffs versus Donald Trump, Pete Hegs Seth, U.S. Department of Defense, Christy Knoem,
