Hi everybody this is Scott Sad I struggled you know quite extensively before I decided

to make this clip as some of you know, many of you know, we have currently, well we, the

U.S. has currently a process whereby they're trying to confirm a judge.

Her name is Kaitinji Brown Jackson

to the highest court of the US Supreme Court.

Now, many of you remember that I was a strong supporter when you know 15

minutes before Brett Kavanaugh was to be confirmed a woman by the name of Christine Blasy Ford came out of nowhere and said that at some point, somewhere, she wasn't unsure which year or where or how or which decade,

but that Brett Kavanaugh had sexually assaulted her and of course since I am a strong

believer in the hashtag believe her ethos if a woman makes an accusation, you just believe her. That's a

central tenant of American Jewish prudence. You don't go through a process where you try to adjudicate the evidence, even though there was no evidence that her story was right.

I just believed her because she's a woman and she said that she was attacked and therefore

many of my super smart friends perhaps non-smarter than Sam Harris said you know sure you know presumption

sporumption of innocence but that that applies to you know court cases but here

it's a job interview so we don't have to seriously worry about you know if he's truly guilty

Some others said that you know he was part of a

Posse of 16 year olds that were going up and down the east board, you know, east coast of the United States gang raping everybody in sight.

And you know, there could be some truth to that. It could be true, it could be not true, but we don't want to have a potential possible rapist in the US Supreme Court.

Well, I didn't want to say this, and I feel very uncomfortable.

I was just watching show the face of this nominee came up, and it triggered a repressed memory and so I'm here to say that

Katai Brown Jackson assaulted me in 1977 at Camp Bnebrithe. I don't exactly remember if it was 1977. I feel like it could have been it could have been 1987.
