Welcome to the Bronx Pinstripe Show episode 254.

The Yankees took three out of four from the Royals.

It had to be done.

We were all hoping for that sweep. But Scott, a wise man once told me, his name is John Sterling. He said, you know, you can't sweep double headers. No, that's true. You can't sweep double headers. But you can't lose two to the Kansas City Royals either. I thought everybody in the Twitterverse on Facebook, on every social media,

was going to lose their ever-loving mind after the first game on Saturday. That was bad. That was

very ugly. It was like the entire world had ended and the Yankees had a literal zero chance to do

anything for the rest of the season. And we were immediately going to go

to football season. Like baseball season was done. That was it. The Red Sox won the World Series. And that

was what happened on after Severino. What's up with Giants and Jets training camp after that, right?
