Summary

16-year-old Timothy Hudson is waking up in federal custody this morning for the first time since he was charged with the murder and sexual assault of his 18-year-old stepsister, Anna Kepner.  Now that Hudson is being tried as an adult, a judge reversed his earlier decision of allowing Hudson to remain in the custody of his uncle as he awaits trial. But the judge went even further in his ruling, saying Hudson’s alleged crime “suggests a level of psychopathy and lack of remorse” that raises concerns he could snap at any time.

stunning reversal because we were surprised once he was charged as an adult that he was still allowed

to go back home with his mother's brother, so his maternal uncle,

and live in a home where there were young children. The prosecutors had been arguing against it

seems to fervently agree with prosecutors now.

wrote she was tucked under a bed in her cabin on a carnival cruise with her family. Body was covered by blankets and covered by life jackets,

like you said, initially as a juvenile.

Now as an adult, they did send him back home,

Roves, where he has been, even since he's charged as an adult for how long?

It's been two months, maybe?

Well, he was charged in February, and then in April he was charged as an adult.
