I am bringing you an edited version of something I covered on a live stream because it is one of the most ridiculous stories that I came across in 2023 and that is a story about a judge who was caught sending text messages from the bench in the middle of a murder trial and then the investigation uncovered a wealth of new

information. So this week I am going to be covering the Oklahoma texting judge and

all the things that this bench officer is alleged to have been up to and it is absolutely wild.

This judge was on the bench for less than a year from the time that they took the bench to the

time that this disciplinary action and investigation came down. Ten months,

ten months.

This was speed running, not only getting potentially permanently kicked off the bench,

but potentially having their license looked into wild allegations this week against this judge and some things you might

find pretty humorous so laugh along with me as we get into the texting judge.
