0:48.4	So Ben, we got some news last week in the Trump trial that had ended in 34 felony convictions. Tell me what happened. So Trump was supposed to be sentenced this month and this was all in the Manhattan
0:57.5	criminal case where he was convicted of covering up a hush money deal with a porn star as you might recall.
1:04.0	And so he faces up to four years in prison.
1:07.1	But on Friday, this surprise announcement comes.

1:15.6	The judge in the case, his name is Juan Rashan.
1:18.6	He comes out and he says, actually the sentencing is going to be delayed.
1:23.0	New York Justice Juan Mershaun has ruled former President Donald Trump will be sentenced November 26th, three weeks after the election.
1:31.0	And now, instead of it occurring in September, a couple weeks from now, it's going to be scheduled for November.
1:38.0	Judge Marsha, writing his decision, best advances the interests of justice,ing this matter is one that stands alone.
1:45.2	So really what this means is that
1:47.8	Trump will not be sentenced prior to the election after all.
1:50.8	And so it all adds up to the fact that we have this first
1:55.3	former American president to be a felon and here he is he's running for office
