Just moments ago federal judge Eileen Cannon dismissed the Morologo document case after Donald Trump filed a motion to dismiss under a violation of the appointment clause,

clause violation.

It says for the reasons set forth above, it is ordered and a judge as follows. Defendants, Donald Trump and his co-defendants,

motion to dismiss the superseding indictment meeting the entire case based on unlawful appointment and funding of Special

Council Jacksmith is granted in accordance with this order. The superseding indictment, meaning again the entire case, is dismissed.

This order is confined to this proceeding, meaning that it doesn't affect any other court proceedings that involve a special

counsel. The court decides no other legal rights or claims.

For, the order shall not affect or weaken any of the protections for classified information

imposed in this case or any protective orders pertaining to the classified information.

The clerk is directed to close this case.

Any schedule hearings are cancelled. Any pending motions are denied as moot and
