Do you feel a little bit though like the air was taken out by the New York indictment?

I do think there's an element of that.

A little like I kind of wish that this had been in the first one.

I don't really you know I don't I was not not a big fan of the brag

indictment I tried to be as fair about it as possible and talk to lots of folks who

practice in Manhattan and get a lot of perspective but I saw a lot of problems

with that indictment and I was you know I was not happy.
