Today's Make-Up story is a request from a listener named Jude, who is turning five years old today. Happy birthday, Jude.

And Jude asked for us to make up a story that includes a pirate, a dragon, and a banana. Once upon a time, a long time ago,

there was a boy whose name was Jude. Jude lived on an island, and on the island that Jude lived on,

there was so much sand. And there were some houses which were made of straw, and they

called these houses huts, and they also had other huts that were made out of mud that got hard because the sun beat

on it for so long.

And Jude, like to go play on this island.

There were swing sets, but they didn't use kind of rubber or plastic on the bottom

of the swings. Instead, they put together a lot of really strong leaves, and they wrapped them

together and tied them, and then kids could even go on the leaves and swing back and forth.

But the most special thing about this island is the ocean that it was surrounded by.

The ocean around this island was an ice cream ocean.

It was the only place in the whole world where the ocean wasn't just water.

It was pretty cold on this island, and that's how the ice cream and the ocean stayed cold.

But if you wanted to sail on the ocean, then you had to go on a special frog.

Because the frogs in this island were so big that you could even go on rides

frogs were even bigger than people and they were so nice so when jude or his friends or his mom and

his dad ever wanted to go on a ride, they would just hop on a friendly froggy

and say, beep, and then the froggy went ribbit, ribbit, and hopped to wherever they wanted

to go.
