1:18.6	I'm not an entrepreneur. I've never started up our company.
1:23.6	I'm a public policy guy basically.
1:28.0	I've been trained as an economist,
1:30.1	and I've worked and have the fortunate actually
1:33.6	to participate in two crucial instances
1:36.4	in the recent history of Chile.
