Summary

Today on Unlicensed Therapy I speak with JT Parr he is a comedian, activist and current co-host on Chad Goes Deep. On this episode JT walks us through his experience in overcoming two forms of addiction; Adderall and webcam porn. Prior to becoming clean JT was spending massive amounts of his parent’s money on his vices while simultaneously feeling high levels of anxiety and adrenaline which subsequently translated into suicidal thoughts. The tipping point finally came when JT learned that his parents no longer had any trust in him which then included them cutting him off financially. Fast forward to today JT is an activist for bleaching of the coral reef and has been consistent in staying clean. As we go through the show JT reveals to us his sensitive side and how that contributed to his father possibly believing that he is gay. Stay with us to learn what exactly sparked that idea.
