And welcome back to another episode of the pregame.

You guys know how much I love to mix it up around here. Sometimes we're

keeping it light. Sometimes it gets a little messy. We can be a little fun. But today's episode,

this one, it's kind of personal for me because as a woman navigating the world of entertainment,

I am really hyped to have my girl here today, she's sitting across for me, somebody who has not only done it,

mastered the media, in my opinion, but done it her way.

Joy Taylor is a sports commentator and host.

She's certainly a voice that you know, a face that you can recognize, but a presence that you certainly cannot ignore.

She's one of the few women in sports media who has stayed at the top of her game, in my opinion,

not by shrinking, not by diluting, not by hiding who she is,

but by showing up fully, smart, sharp, feminine, sexy, okay, and fearless.

And I really admire that about her.

I also admire how she has dealt with the criticism

that comes with being a woman in a male-dominated space. And she still continues to operate at the

highest level. And she never trades her authenticity for acceptance. And we've had conversations

about this before. But I'm excited to break it down today. So today we're talking about what
