Hi everyone, welcome to Add Home with Sally. I'm Sally Clarkson and I have the biggest

privilege in the world to be with so many friends from all over the world who join me every

week to listen to my stories, inspiration, biblical encouragement and I am just so glad

that you're here today. Thanks so much for joining me.

Hello my friends, it's Sally Clarkson and I am sitting here in Oxford on a very warm,

I think 81 degrees day. There's somebody wooing in the background. One of my favorite people

in the world is my precious Joy Clarkson. Hi Joy. Hello everybody, it's lovely to

be with you and to be with you, Mama. I know, I just always have so much fun with

Joy and she's so kind to me since kindness is our word this week. She really is and

thoughtful and a fun friend and she makes me feel loved and I'm just very grateful to

be with her. And Joy, as you many of you know, Joy is finishing her PhD at St. Andrews

and she has got to go home and finish it. It's the task that will never be completed.

I'm sure people feel that way about motherhood. So mine is just like a little tiny glimpse

of that. Well, I don't know. So how far are you? Well, I'm doing all the copy edits for

my my advisor right now and then I just need to give it kind of one final read through

on my own and then write a conclusion. And submit it. So within the month, hopefully

it will be off my desk and officially on somebody else's. That'll be so much fun. Well,

anyway, I just said to Joy, oh, please don't leave without doing a podcast of me because

many of you love her, follow her and we have so much fun podcasting together. So we came

up with some subjects today, but also can I just tell you I kind of miss podcasting

more than twice a week now. I don't have that much time, but I will be walking through

Oxford or I'll taste something wonderful or I'll read something great and I'll think,
