Hello and welcome to a special mini series of Honestly recorded during COVID-19.

Like everyone, I've found the whole experience to be somewhat of an emotional roller coaster,

with the ups and downs sometimes coming on a nearly hourly basis.

When pulling together the guests, I was keen to delve into some universal

topics that had helped us through lockdown, but that will continue to feel relevant as we move

onwards to a post-coronavirus chapter. This series has been made possible by our sponsors, PayPal,

There is Lego underfoot, there are children wrestling off mic,

and I'm sheltering on what can only be described as a fort made of pillows

in an attempt to improve the sound quality.
