Like everyone, I've found the whole experience to be somewhat of an emotional roller coaster,

with the ups and downs sometimes coming on a nearly hourly basis.

When pulling together the guests, I was keen to delve into some universal

topics that had helped us through lockdown, but that will continue to feel relevant as we move
