Welcome to Enjoying the Journey with Evangelist Scott Pauli.

0:13.0

Today we are on a journey through Scripture.

0:16.0

We hope you'll join us as we make 66 stops through each book of the Word of God.

0:35.8

Many years ago, a famous preacher was asked,

0:38.5

are you ready to preach?

0:40.0

And his answer was, not yet, I have not yet got a morsel for myself.

0:45.6

He meant by that.

1:19.3

verse 14 through chapter 7 and verse 1, these are some of the verses that I frequently meditate on

1:25.9

just before I get up to preach and teach the

1:29.1

word of God to someone else. It does my heart good. And if you're teaching or preaching the

1:33.6

Bible trying to minister to anyone else, I would challenge you to read this passage for yourself.

1:39.0

It's filled with truths for ministers. For example, 2 Corinthians chapter 3 verse 5. Not that we are sufficient of

1:48.4

ourselves to think anything as of ourselves, but our sufficiency is of God. Isn't that a great verse?

1:56.6

A reminder that we're nothing and God is everything. The key word of this book literally is the word minister.
