I do, I want to start with you

and your recovery process and how that's going for you. Obviously, the background. If people are

watching this video, it does not look like Portland, I'll put it that way. Yeah, so I have been really

lucky with such a great club that has just kind of gone above and beyond to make sure that I'm getting the care that I need, as well as being able to take care of the playing squad.

So, you know, my life is kind of in two places here in Miami and in Portland.

And just because of the phase that I'm in in my rehab,

I've kind of been back and forth a little bit. So I'm here for a short bit of time working with

physical therapists and then I'll be back in Portland, hopefully when I'm ready to do some more

pliometric and get back into running mechanics, which is really exciting. So my recovery is going well. It's been what I would
